2. What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect only your email address. Nothing else — no cookies, no tracking, no analytics on this page.

3. Why We Collect It

Your email is used solely to notify you when Lastribe launches. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the waitlist form.

4. Where It Is Stored

Your email is stored in a PostgreSQL database on a server located in France (EU). We do not transfer your data outside the European Union.

5. Who Has Access

Only the Lastribe team. We do not share, sell, or disclose your email to any third party.

6. How Long We Keep It

Until the app launches and we send you the launch notification, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email us at privacy@lastribe.eu and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will notify you by email. This policy will be replaced by a full privacy policy when the app launches.
