1. What the beta programme is

Lastribe (the mobile app and the services behind it) is operated by EnableUnion SASU, 7A rue Neuve, 57270 Uckange, France. Before and during the public launch we invite a small number of people to test versions that are not final. This charter sets out what you get, what we ask of you, and what we cannot promise. It complements the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which keep applying.

2. What you get

  • Early access to test builds through the stores' testing tracks (Google Play internal/closed testing, Apple TestFlight).
  • Core access free of charge for the duration we set when we add you — between 1 and 365 days, shown in Profile › My subscription as "Core · granted access" with its end date. It is a gift, not a subscription: no payment method is taken, nothing renews, and no refund can arise from it.
  • When the granted period ends, your account returns to the free plan automatically. Your data is kept according to the Privacy Policy; nothing is deleted because the beta ends.

3. What we ask of you

  • Use the app as you would in real life and tell us what breaks, confuses or worries you — through the in-app report button, the beta feedback form or support@lastribe.eu.
  • Do not rely on a test build in a real emergency. Test versions can crash, show wrong figures or lose offline data. Call your country's emergency number (112 in the EU) first; the app is a complement, never a substitute.
  • Keep what you see confidential until we release it publicly: unreleased screens, features, prices and store listings. You may of course talk about Lastribe in general.
  • Follow the Terms of Service, in particular the content and conduct rules.

4. No warranty

Test builds are provided "as is" for evaluation. We do not promise availability, accuracy, compatibility or that a feature will ship. Within the limits set by law, EnableUnion is not liable for losses caused by a test build. The legal guarantee of conformity applies to the paid Core subscription, not to a free beta grant. Nothing in this charter limits your statutory rights as a consumer or the GDPR rights described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your feedback

Feedback, screenshots and bug reports you send us may be used to improve the product, without payment or attribution. They may contain personal data (your e-mail address, device model, the text you write): we process them under our legitimate interest in improving a safety product, keep them for the life of the beta plus 12 months, and delete them on request (privacy@lastribe.eu). Do not send us health details or other people's personal data in feedback.

6. Leaving the programme

You may leave at any time by uninstalling the test build or writing to support@lastribe.eu; granted Core access then ends. We may remove a tester who breaches this charter or the Terms, and may end the programme at any time, in both cases without affecting Core days already granted and still running.
