How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app settings under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you have an active Core subscription, it will be cancelled — refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. You can also request account deletion by emailing support@lastribe.eu.

How do I export my data?

Under GDPR, you have the right to data portability. To request a copy of all your personal data in a machine-readable format, email privacy@lastribe.eu with the subject line "Data Export Request". We will provide your data within 30 days.

How do I manage my subscription?

Core subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. To cancel or change your plan:

  • iOS:Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lastribe
  • Android:Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Lastribe

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Core access until then.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Report illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act to dsa@lastribe.eu. For general moderation concerns (e.g. spam, harassment within a tribe), email support@lastribe.eu. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours.

Is my data stored in the EU?

Yes. All data is stored within the European Union, primarily in France (OVH SAS, Roubaix). We comply with GDPR from day one. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

What is the age requirement?

Lastribe is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We verify age during account creation. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be terminated and their data deleted.
