3. Intellectual property
All content on the website www.lastribe.eu and in the Lastribe mobile application -- including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio, software, source code, databases and overall structure -- is the exclusive property of EnableUnion SASU or of its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of any of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of EnableUnion SASU.
Lastribe is a trademark of EnableUnion SASU. Any unauthorised use of the name "Lastribe", of the logo or of the associated marks constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. and L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. Third-party data and software used in the service are credited in Section 8.
4. Personal data protection
EnableUnion SASU protects the privacy of its users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR -- Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (French Data Protection Act).

5. Cookies and trackers
The website www.lastribe.eu sets no cookie and loads no analytics script before you consent; the Lastribe mobile application uses no browser cookies. In accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC and the CNIL's guidelines, your consent is collected before any non-essential tracker is placed. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the website, or from Profile › Analytics in the application.

6. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, EnableUnion SASU has appointed a consumer mediator listed by the French Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation (CECMC), under a three-year agreement signed on 13 May 2026.
Should a dispute arise between a consumer and EnableUnion SASU within the meaning of Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code, the parties shall first try to resolve it amicably: the consumer sends a written complaint to support@lastribe.eu. Failing an amicable agreement, or in the absence of an answer within one (1) month, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the mediator below:

7. Single point of contact under the Digital Services Act (DSA)

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. The French version is the authoritative text; the English version is a translation. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the courts of the registered office of EnableUnion SASU (Thionville) have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules that allow consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
